BUT FIRST, PROPOSAL
OUR OFFER: THE 'STAND-IN' RING.
THE PERFECT SURPRISE, MINUS THE ANXIETY
WHAT IS A 'STAND-IN' RING?
The name comes from a movie production term -- A stand-in for film and television is a person who substitutes for the actor before filming, for technical purposes such as lighting and camera setup. Stand-ins are helpful in the initial processes of film and television production during the prep time!
As the name suggests, THE STAND-IN RING is a temporary ring used for the proposal moment, which is meant to be replaced by an higher quality gemstone engagement ring at later time, allowing your partner to be part of the design process to find the perfect ideal ring.
It's not easy to figure out exactly what your partner wants ~ especially when you want to maintain the element of surprise... And if your partner doesn't quite give you a clear hint, for example: sending you 'drop a hint' emails... or send you the Pinterest boards with ideas. You are probably feeling lost in the sea of options. Luckily, we've find the way to relieve your anxiety.
It begins with the proposer choosing THE STAND-IN RING from our currated ring selection. For THE STAND-IN RING, we use the diamond alternative (cubic zirconia or gemstone minerals) and with sterling silver or gold rhodium plating for the metal for a lower price point. Choose your favorite ring to propose with and after the YES, you and your partner can come back and work together to design the 'ideal one'.
This special process will allow you to keep the element of surprise without all the anxiety, and then give your partner the ability to create THE one for the forever piece.
Added bonus? This ring then turns into A TRAVEL RING, which can be used for traveling to destinations where you don't want the risk of losing while you are away from home.
If you have any doubts about designing a custom piece without your partner's eyes, then this route is a triple WIN-WIN-WIN.
