CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS
HOW IT WORKS
1 - INSPIRATION SHARING
The first step is to reserve date/time to connect through our contact page. This will be a form you fill out and one of our team members will receive your inquiry.
With your budget, and timeline, and any design thoughts, etc. information will help us get an idea of what you're looking for. The more information you can provide us with, the better we can prep!
Step 1 & 2 are complimentary! So feel free to reach out casually, just to say: "I want a ring but I have no idea where to start or what to ask." We are here for you!
2 - VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
We will first connect virtually for our initial meeting. (Or if you prefer to stay on email, or want to hop on a call instead... we can work to your preference!)
Once we’re on the same page about the design, we will sketch up some options then, get you various quotes. We will also begin sourcing the perfect center stone for your project.
3 - PRODUCTION
Once the design and the price is approved... We are ready to move into the official production!
Production time for a custom piece is about 5-8 weeks, although in some cases we are able to rush a job if needed. Clients are included through each step of the design process to ensure all desired details are included.

TIME LINE
Most projects take about 8 to 12 weeks total; commonly 3 to 4 weeks in the concept & design, and 5 to 8 weeks of production from final design approval. Design time varies, so give yourself enough time to enjoy the process, we are confident you’ll enjoy it!

Pricing, Estimates & Payments
Verbal estimates are approximations only; all firm estimates will be given in writing and are valid for 30 days
- All pricing will have center & major side stones priced out separately. Small diamond melee (under .10 ct.) is generally included in all pricing.
- Estimates on projects that have already started will not be changed without prior notification and approval from the client, unless the client pauses production for more than 6 months.
- You may choose to pay in full or put a 50% deposit before we begin the official production. The rest will be due before shipping.
- Please ask about payment options, wire transfers or other payment methods.
- Payments of over $10K (USD) paid by wire transfer (or Cash) may be eligible for a 1.5% discount, please ask our team for details. Discounts, coupons and promotions cannot be combined.
- For credit card payments, we require an additional 5.0% of the final price for custom works.
- We currently collect sales tax for orders delivered in our home state (CA) only; sales tax is subject to change and is based on delivery address.
- We reserve the right to hold orders to allow time for payment clearing.
